Welcome! Thank you for selecting us as your dental health care providers. Our goal is to provide you and your family with optimal dental care. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process. We encourage you to ask questions and to be involved in treatment decisions. This includes understanding your treatment plan as well as our financial policy.
Financial Agreement
Patients are expected to pay for our services at the time they are rendered. For our patients who have dental insurance we will file the claims to your insurance and provide as much information as needed to process the claim. When the insurance pays a claim we will reimburse the amount paid by your insurance company. Payments may be made using cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and /or American Express. We also offer CARE CREDIT for financing options that are available only for health care expenses.

Book An Appointment!
In order to service you better and keep the cost of dental care down we try to maintain an efficient appointment system. However, our cost of providing care increases greatly when people fail to keep scheduled appointments or cancel at the last minute. We require at least a 24 hour notice for any cancelled appointments (Friday-Sunday messages left to cancel do not count as 24 hour notice). There will be a fee placed on your account for any cancelations that do not respect the 24 hour cancelation policy. This gives you the opportunity to know if your busy schedule has an opening before scheduling your services.

Optional Payment Terms:
- Full payment with credit card/cash/check discount: We accept full payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you choose to prepay for services using your credit card, we will extend a 5% courtesy.
- Term Loan: By arrangements with Care Credit we can offer patient upon approval, an interest-free term loan (up to 18 months interest free) with no down payment, no annual fee and no prepayment penalty. Ask us how to apply.
We apologize that we are not providers for state funded plans such as Civic Smiles, Ucare, MA, Blue plus and Medicare . We are and would be happy to see you for your dental needs, but you would need to pay for your services at the time of appointment. Call member services on the back of your card to check your coverages here at our clinic.
